17 Jan Will Allen Joins WWSET As School Football Officer

Wycombe Wanderers Sports & Education Trust (WWSET) would like to send a warm welcome to Will Allen, who started his role as School Football Officer this week, his role will primarily be to support the Education team with the delivery of their programmes. 

Will’s role assists with the government backed ‘Kickstart’ scheme. The Kickstart scheme provides organisations such as WWSET the funding to create new jobs for 16 to 24 years olds who have struggled to find work during the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond. 

Before Will joined WWSET he graduated from Royal Holloway University in 2020 and completed his PGCert in Education Studies in 2021, Will also had worked as a holiday activity leader and enjoys working with young people. 

In his spare time Will loves watching and playing sport and is passionate about football. He hopes to combine his interest in education and sport in this role.
