Billy started working for WWSET as a casual community coach in February 2016, after spending 6 months gaining coaching experience in California. Through showing an unrivalled work ethic, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and a selfless attitude, Billy gave himself the best possible chance when a full-time role became available with WWSET.
As well as being an FA Level 2 coach, he also holds an AfPE Level 3 in Supporting the Delivery of PE and School Sports Award with hopes of progressing his learning by obtaining a place on a UEFA B license course in the near future.
Billy has acquired invaluable experience coaching a variety of age and ability groups, as young as 18 months old up to 70+-year-old walking footballers! He has also had the opportunity to coach in 3 continents, within the UK, USA, and Africa (The Gambia).
In his spare time, Billy plays plenty of 6 a side and Sunday league Football, bowling, and spends time with family and friends!
