Wycombe Wanderers Sports & Education Trust (WWSET) is fully committed to creating a working culture that has equality, diversity and inclusion at its core. We celebrate and value people’s differences and will always strive to learn and develop when it comes to matters of ethnicity diversity and inclusion (EDI).

By doing this we hope to continually ignite understanding, opportunities, respect, empowerment and allyship within our workplace and within the wider community. WWSET’s Equaliteam was created in February 2020 and exists in order to further the above aims.
