Working closely with the EFL Trust, The Department for Work and Pensions  and Bucks County Council we are able offer a wide variety of courses at all levels to the local community. Depending on the needs of the community we are able to offer one day courses through to NVQs.

Examples of the courses we run:

Exploring the work place with Wycombe Wanderers was the first course held in conjunction with WWSET, EFL Trust and The Department for Work and Pensions (jobcentre High Wycombe) in November and December 2018.

The course was split into two sections, section one: Health and Safety in the work place Section two: Developing Customer Service Skills. These elements were identified as areas that are critical and central to the success of any business and key attributes needed for successful employment. Built into the programme were elements developing skills including but limited to self-esteem and confidence, CVs cover letters and successful job searching.

The uniqueness of Adams Park was highlighted as a key feature in the success by one participant and this remains an attractive element to the course.
