After a successful delivery period last year, WWSET’s Mobility Classes will begin again in October 2017 and are now open to the general public.
WWSET’s mobility classes are offered to ladies only and use both seated and gentle standing exercises to help improve everyday mobility, strength and balance. Being the Wycombe Wanderers FC charity arm we also try to incorporate the use of balls as much as possible during the sessions.
Like last year the sessions, which allow all participants to exercise at their own pace, will be delivered in partnership with the local Weight Watchers Group, and will take place on Thursdays from 10:45 am – 11:30 am at Farnham Common Village Hall, SL2 3NL.
Anybody who attends the Weight Watchers group that runs at the same venue immediately before WWSET’s mobility classes can attend for free, whilst for members of the general public, there is a £2 charge per session.
So, if you are looking to improve your everyday mobility in a fun and relaxed environment then these sessions may be for you, and we would love to welcome you along to give them a try.
An exact list of dates can be seen below and please feel free to simply turn up whenever is convenient; there is no need to book. Furthermore, if you would like any additional information please feel free to contact WWSET’s Female Football Officer Tammy John by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01494 455736.
Sessions will run:
October – 5th, 12th & 19th
November – 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th
