WWSET have joined forces with a local Weight Watchers group in order to gradually improve Fitness and Mobility. The sessions involve a new initiative which combines Football-related activities with Mobility and Fitness exercises. Each session is catered to women of all ages and abilities.
The session is scheduled to take place directly after each Weight Watchers meeting, and although it is promoted directly through the class, it is not strictly limited to the members. If you are looking to get fit or just looking to become more mobile, this session is a great opportunity for you.
