29 Mar WWSET To Deliver Employability Course – Changing Rooms From May
Following the cancellation of previous Changing Room courses Wycombe Wanderers Sports & Education Trust, the charitable arm of Wycombe Wanderers FC, are delighted to announce the relaunch of their employability course – Changing Rooms – in partnership with the EFL Trust*, DWP and Buckinghamshire Council.
Changing Rooms is an 8 – 12-week employability course targeting those individuals that face substantial barriers to finding work. Starting in May 2021, Changing Rooms is free to anyone in receipt of Universal Credit or other legacy benefits, we would advise anyone interested should speak to their work coach.
WWSET utilises its Health & Education departments to deliver units that develop the mental and physical aspects of finding employment, ultimately improving mental health and physical wellbeing.
Employability is developed by teaching key skills such as team building, interpersonal skills, CV writing and money management with the option of also taking part in a digital skills course. For more information, please click here or to book a place on our Changing Room programme please click here.
**Please note due to the current restrictions’ places are limited to 12.**
