FIT Xtra is a weekly fitness session on a Monday evening, from 6pm-7pm.
It is open to existing FIT members, and members of the community who would like to reach these three aims:
Improve physical fitness
Increase physical activity levels
Improve wellbeing levels
The sessions are a mix of different physical activities such as HIIT, Circuit Training, Boxing, Running, and Weight training among others.
