FFIT Xtra, was designed to provide an exit route for all those that have been through the 12 week FFIT course.

The sessions that take place every Monday enable the men from all teams to carry on the exercise element and still feel apart of the wider FFIT Team!

The sessions mix a bit of HIIT, Circuits, Boxing and Running keeping the sessions varied for the guys.
